American Pan Enterprises Co.,(APEC) has been in the concrete formwork business for fourteen years now, with three facilities; one in the Atlanta area, one in the Orlando area and one in the Houston, TX area with plans to service Austin, Dallas and San Antonio.

APEC is ranked in the INC. 500 as one of the fastest growing companies in the United States and is also ranked in the Engineering News Record (ENR) & the Southeast Construction magazine as one of the top 600 specialty contractors in the US.

In the last couple of years,  APEC has excelled in the Florida market and was named the top builder in the hospitals, hotels and multi-residential sector.

Apec has successfully completed many projects throughout the entire southeast, and we are looking forward to expand westward. Apec has successfully executed as many as eighteen projects at one time. we currently employ more than 600 professionals, including a supportive administrative staff, estimating staff and engineering staff.

We have initiated a new safety program called "Safety For Life". All employees are required upon hire to complete this safety training program before going to work. We are committed to providing a safe environment to all our employees. Apec is also a member of ABC, AGC, and the US Green Building Council.
